There are good changes throughout, just some awkward areas to fix. On the "seemed" spread, the two blocks of text are a bit to close to the word. The first block might need to be right aligned to mirror the second block. "didn't understand" feels strange. Try left aligning, try all-caps. The spread before "splendor & glory" is feeling very static, maybe the first line is smaller and the second line is bigger, look for a way to make it more engaging. The color on the final spread is quite strange, really out of place with all the black white and red.
